Please check the Post Haste network dashboard to find out what the service is currently like in your area. We will do our best to help you track any delayed orders, however we are unable to guarantee that courier services are running to schedule.
We use the Post Haste courier service to deliver direct to your door across New Zealand.
The cost to deliver your order is based on weight and location. There are additional charges for shipping to the South Island or Rural addresses. The cost to deliver your order is calculated at checkout. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option to prevent delays to shipping.
We only send orders on a Monday or Tuesday
This prevents fruit being held up in a courier depot over a weekend. If your order hasn't arrived within the times specified below, check with the courier company using the tracking number we've sent you. If you're still having no luck, get in touch with us and we'll help track it down for you - please check in with us BEFORE the weekend.
North Island: 1-2 days
South Island: 2-3 days
Rural: Add 2 days for rural delivery
Order cut-off times
Orders received by 5pm on Sunday will be sent on Monday.
Orders received by 5pm on Monday will be sent on Tuesday.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays - so in the event of a public holiday on a Monday, orders will be sent on the Tuesday of that week. If you are South Island Rural, we recommend you don't order for the week of a public holiday.
Free local delivery for orders over $50 is currently available for addresses in the following suburbs:
- Oropi, Pyes Pa, Tauriko
- Ohauiti, Poike, Hairini, Welcome Bay
- Maungatapere, Matapihi, Omanu
- Mount Maunganui
- Otumoetai, Bellevue, Matai, Brookfield, Bethlehem, Judea
- Tauranga City
- Greerton, Gate Pa, Parkvale
Local deliveries will be made on Monday or Tuesday afternoons.

Due to our location and access to our property, we currently do not allow pickups.
Our orders are sent with as little packaging as possible, and we hope that you can reuse or recycle the packaging you do receive! Fruit is packaged in carboard boxes, with recycled paper for cushioning if required, and paper tape to close up the box.
We want your fruit to arrive in great condition, just the way we packed it for you. If you're unhappy with the quality of the fruit when it arrives, or delays to your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help sort it out.
