We use a courier service to deliver direct to your door across New Zealand.
Courier services have been experiencing delays in some areas around New Zealand due to increased demand during COVID-19 restrictions. At Level 1, most of these delays have been resolved however there are still some issues in the Wellington and Hamilton regions.
We only send orders on a Monday or Tuesday
This prevents fruit being held up in a courier depot over a weekend. If your order hasn't arrived within the times specified below, check with the courier company using the tracking number we've sent you. If you're still having no luck, get in touch with us and we'll help track it down for you.
North Island: 1 - 3 days
South Island: 2 - 4 days
Rural: Add 2 - 3 days for rural delivery
We want your fruit to arrive in great condition, just the way we packed it for you. If you're unhappy with the quality of the fruit when it arrives, or delays to your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help sort it out.
